Clickgear golf cart repairs

Three weeks ago I took my Clickgear golf cart to The Pro Shop in Fourways. I left it there for a week to have new wheels fitted and the brake repaired. I was promised that they would find a brake part - they are the sole distributors of this product and thus they are responsible for keeping parts. Nothing was done for a week and no phone call about the part.

I needed the cart for the weekend so I collected it back and used it with Pro Shop promising to contact me when the part arrived. Nobody phoned. So I took the cart back on Monday and Quinton promised that they now have parts and it would be ready by the weekend.
Well they have done nothing and when I contacted them - nothing was being done and Quinton was not there. They would phone him and get back to me. Now they have another story and I must come back and borrow a cart. For a big retailer like this to not have stock of parts is rediculous. They have plenty of new stuff to sell but no backup.
