Can't exchange my gift at a different store?

Hi guys,<br> <br> So I received a gift from my dad for Christmas, sadly it was too big. No problem, I'll just return it for an exchange.<br> I get back to Somerset West, go to the store only to be told sorry, because it was purchased in Centurion (Where my dad lives) I must exchange it IN Centurion?? So now I'm sitting with a gift I can't use or exchange unless I someday travel to Centurion to exchange it??????<br> <br> I'd gladly do this if you guys will cover the cost of travel.<br> <br> I really can't understand the logic behind this...also quite pathetic that the salesman didn't even offer an alternative.<br> <br> Can you please advise what I should do?<br> <br> Thank you<br> <br> Christopher
