Callaway Big Bertha Driver

I went for a professional fitting session in this shop and bought a set of golf clubs for R 27000 and some odds in December 2014. This included a Callaway Big Bertha driver for R 6500 odd. I recently saw that a little weight in the head of my driver broke and fell off. I took the club into the shop earlier today to see if they can order a replacement weight for me. At first I was told by one salesman that they will have to order it for me, with which I was pretty happy although I was a bit disappointed by this persons statement that the missing/broken weight would have made some noise and I should have heard this and could have prevented it from getting lost. However a second salesman got involved and I was told that they can not order a replacement weight and that the club would have to be sent to Callaway for repairs. I asked how long this will take and was told 7 days. I asked these gentlemen what am I going to do without a driver for this long period of time. They were totally unsympathetic towards this and I was just told that if I wanted this repaired that is what I will have to do. I did not expect this type of treatment from a supposedly reputable supplier of golf gear.
