BAD ATTITUDE

As a golfer, I always like to shop at the ProShop because of their excellent service and friendliness. Unfortunately, I can't say this about their branch in Somerset West, I don't think the staff had training on customer service at all. Secondly, I noticed that when the clients come in it is a color thing, and with this being my third visit there it's been the same experience every time. I want say to the staff of Somerset West to know that when you see a client walking in that they should not be treated differently because of skin color. It's actually very disappointing to know that there is such a huge difference between N1 City that offers an excellent service and up the road by Somerset you get bad service like that. Hope they will adjust their attitude soon for the sake of their business. Mr. Brandt
