Assault

My friend and I went to the pro shop store, when we got there he took out his cell phone to take pictures of goods sending them to his friend to choose what we must buy for him. One of the salesman approach us speaking in vernacular in bad attitude asking why are we taking pictures, I explain to him and saying to him I don't see anything wrong by taking pictures I also said to him his manner of approach and attitude is bad. With his bad attitude he used vulgar language insulting me. He told me if I have a problem I can go to the management the is nothing they can do to him. We continue exchanging words, seeing that this is taking us nowhere I went to the front counter to request assistance from another salesman. The man continue to use strong language on me also saying he will kill me. He took a golf Stick and beat me in front of his colleagues, the manager was called and he ask me what happened I explain to him what happened then he said to me they were waiting for something like this to happen definitely they will deal with him. I went to the doctor cause I sustained injuries then to the police to open a case. We bought goods of +-R7000 in that store.
