Amazing service from Cole and Marcel from the Proshop Lynwood

The Proshop Lynwood Bridge must be one of the best customer experiences I have received in a long time. Marcel is always friendly, eager to help and willing to go the extra mile! However, my praise needs to go the sale manager Cole this time. I went to the Proshop to have a look at a pushcart, Cole was assisting me and as we started talking my frustration about the Proshop Woodmead store came up. Without asking anything from him, he took it upon himself to see if he could be able to assist me, the thing that impressed me the most was that he didn’t want to do it because of a possible sale but rather that he works for the Proshop and if there is a complaint it affects him, it doesn’t mater if it was directed at his store or not he believes in upholding his companies name no matter what.

Cole went above and beyond what I could have expected, and he really amazed me with his professionalism and eagerness to go the extra mile, he managed to sort me out within a day where this problem has been in the hands of The Proshop woodmead for about 2 months now.

Cole is a real gem for the Proshop and Morecorp and I urge you to take good care if this gent, he is real asset for the company and I really could see him running the whole sales channel of The Proshop, he understand how to handle customer, he is willing to go the extra mile for customer to ensure every customer walks out with a smile and most important of all is he really care’s.
