Trying to sell animal feed GM soy beans as "organic soy beans"

Ordered 5kg of "organic soy beans" from this company and received low grade animal feed soy beans (many of them immature and shriveled up) complete with random BIG yellow corn pips, along with all other kinds of seeds and stems and general dirt mixed in. Looks exactly like the stuff you pick up at your local Agri . Definitely not meant for human consumption.

Called them to ask about what this stuff is and his explanation was that they try keep it "as organic as possible" so they don't sort or wash the product. When I asked about the farm where it was grown I was told it would be "bad business" to disclose his sources. When I pushed for more information about an organic certificate he said "no it's not organically certified". In other words he just added "organic" to the product description to try increase sales.

Seems to me like they are buying animal feed, repacking it, renaming it to "organic" and selling it as health food.

He did offer to send a courier to pick the product up and refund me, but that does not make up for this level of deception.
