paid but no delivery or response

Made payment on 28th Jan. Payment was confirmed on 3rd Feb and Max rep**** that delivery should be sent around 11th Feb. This was the last response I have had them. I have sent several emails and tried to call his cell only to get voice mail. I regret not looking them up on Hello Peter as it seems they have done this many times before
