What a joke

i needed a quotation on 4 printed signs 90x200 two colour on ABS - i was asked to submit the print ready artwork which i did within minutes, as i am in walking distance. Continued until it was almost the end of day, and decided to pop in and find out where my quote was - i was treated with such attitude, as if I had done something wrong, they never even looked at it, i stood there waiting for 20min while my quote was done, not once was i informed as to what was going on, it was like a party was going on there, i got no problem with music while you work.. but then WORK. no apology, no explanation, just handed the quote for a ridiculous amount, only to realize when i got back to my office that they had got the size wrong ! never going there again ! what a joke.
