UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE RENDERED

We arrived at 2pm which was the scheduled time. We waited 35mins, only to be shown an alternate room because our room was not available. I voiced my displeasure and was offered 2 more alternate rooms. After 2 more hours we were forced to settle for a room and when I spoke to the managers at the time, they refused to accept responsibility or offer even a small apology. I couldnt understand how a room that had been paid for months ago, was not available on the day. That was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. During our 2 hour wait, other guests were served within 10mins and had their rooms. I think that this was most UNPROFESSIONAL and a dissapointment. It was UNCOMFORTABLE sitting in the foyer waiting for 2 hours. I will definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anybody in the future.
