President Hotel Naval Management in Bloemfontein too busy to talk to customers

I visited the President Hotel Naval in Bloemfontein on Saturday, 17 November 2018 for a business meeting. Due to heatwave in the country I was wearing my long summer dress for my meeting. All was well until during my meeting I went out to answer my call and on my way back two hotel staff where walking in the same room with two fans and they could open the door and I tried to assist. that's when the accident happened that my dress was torn by a sharp object at the door. I explained to the manager on the day Siyabonga and was told there's nothing he can do because he does not have powers. I requested that at least he speaks to someone senior and he told me there's no one which I was a bit surprised until I started raising my voice and explained to him that I do not have anything to change meaning I will be travelling to OR Tambo wearing a torn dress. All he could say was "someone" will call you on Monday. It looked like no one cared about the damage on my dress and the humiliation of traveling from one airport to the other wearing a torn dress and people staring. I tried to explain to Siyabonga that if I had something to change into I will but there was nothing. All he can say was they never had this kind of incident before and there's nothing they can do. It was so humiliating and I really believe that the hotel management does not have the respect for woman not to mention their customers.

Maybe through this platform the hotel management will have a conscious and think about what they have done. Maybe through this platform the "management" will keep their promises and respond to the call that am still waiting waiting for like they said because it looks like they are too busy to talk to their customers.
