President Hotel

On the 25th Dec 2017 i went to President hotel with my children to stay over night. I made the booking 4 month ahead of time requesting a bath because of my sons condition kidney failure dialysis that had to done manual and that the place has to be spotless clean and by the pool . When the 25th Dec 2017 arrived i surprise my kids as a single parent i cannot afford this it was on my part a big sacrifice they were so excited we got to President hotel they put us in the wrong room. I phoned to reception to tell them its not what we requested explaining my sons condition explaining i need a bath they didn't wanto believe me so they send two of the staffs for proof i had to lift up my sons shirt to show the hole in his stamage it was so humiliating for me and my kids they took us to a 1 bedroom with lounge and kitchen ice cold aircon was not working the place was dirty I phoned them to please send someone to clean no one ever came. I had to clean myself wher i could. A day later i phone to complaint they only offer to replace the stay overnight with a R200 voucher. I just feel we have been ****** of a good experience that even when they replaced it , it was still not worth the R5000 we paid but they never even offered to refund the monies . As a single mother i could have spend that monies on food and gifts for my children
