Poor experience for a so called luxury stay.

<p>The fact that the room was not cleaned properly. I Had someones filthy underwear left in the bathroom and a dirty throw over on the bed. This shows that the cleaning staff are not doing there job. The hotel also kept R4000 as a security deposit which they said has been released and should be in my account but it is not and after a few phone calls to the hotel, no one has gotten back to me with further information as to where my money is. It has been 4 or more weeks and no contact from the hotel. Not worth the stay especially as it was a treat for my fiancé and I. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will be sure to let all my American colleagues who visit RSA to skip the presidents hotel. Will be making a personal visit to the hotel this week and will not leave until I have word on my money.</p>
