Disgusting hotel

If I could give a minus 5 star rating I would. Personal experience at this so called “luxurious president hotel” is absolutely poor due to the lack of personal hygiene. I have come across some dirty blood stains on the bedding hidden between the sheets, this is totally unacceptable and disgusting, manager made best room available for me however no matter what room they are capable of giving me will not be able to change what I have experienced, I booked out of the hotel with immediate effect, leaving the place feeling disgusted and disappointed.
