Disappointed

The reply of your managers that "it's policy" is really worn out. There is no comprehensible reasons given. I am on a diet for health reasons I don't not eat at certain times, I politely ask the employees at the restaurant that I would like them to dish up for me and I will eat later in my room, they simply refused and said it was policy. The meal is included in the booking. So I just forfeit it just like that? Funny thing is that meals from 3rd parties are allowed in the rooms.
