bad service

Good day<br> <br> I visited your hotel on Monday, 10 Aug 2015, to enjoy a lunch at the Island restaurant. <br> <br> On arrival there was no one to meet or seat me and my guests-we seated ourselves. After we flagged down a waiter, we preceeded to give our drinks and food order- I asked that the waiter repeat the food order and he only got 1 of the 3meals correct? Had to repeat the order.<br> <br> About 15mins later the waiter advised that my drinks order is no longer available from the bar as per bartender \we don't make that anymore"-why was it on the menu? And the beer ordered was not the right size and arrived Open..should be opened at the table correct? Waiter advised he was about to place food order which had been given now 20mins ago already. We decided to leave as we had no confidence in our waiter at this point.<br> Dissapointly"
