The Power Store
Stay away from The Power Store. They are 3rd party distributors that got no idea what is going on regarding deliveries. This company are definitely not telling the public the whole story after they have placed an order. Delivery takes on averageore than a week. It does seem that there are a number of this type of enteprises in the solar industry in South Africa.

24 Nov 2021, 16:23Hi Jan, we are not a 3rd party distributor, we are Ecommerce, that means in majority of cases, not a shop or warehouse and do not hold stock. Your order was placed on Sat 20th Nov at 1.01pm and our business hours are Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm, so nothing was done with your order until Monday. The website states that we dispatch in 2 to 3 working days, close of business today we are at 3 days, when the stock arrives tomorrow we would have exceeded that promise by 1 day and therefore have refunded you your purchase price., the refund will be done by the same manner in which you paid. Unfortunately the distributor we buy from had a delay caused by the loadshedding rush of orders.
