I used The Power Store's website to purchase a solar inverter.<br> I have used them previously and everything was fine.<br> This time however, after paying upfront and being promised delivery by the latest Friday, there seems to be a problem getting hold of Philip, who doesn't answer his phone .<br> He is operating through an office in Woodmead and the receptionist seems to be shielding him from my delivery query.<br> The latest excuse is that there is no stock of the model inverter in question.<br> I have requested a refund so that I may try and find another supplier.<br> so far, no refund and no phone call from Philip either.
