Incorrectly advised

My daughter visited The Pottery on Friday 14/01/22 for a friends birthday. The staff had informed the kids to leave their stuff on the table as it is safe and fetch items from outside the shop. As the kids went to fetch stuff my daughter's S20 FE was ****** from the table. The manager had given us the camera footage and alerted centre management. My daughter's S20 FE wasn't recovered. This was a group of teenagers, I personally think this was negligent, irresponsible behaviour on the staff part to inform teenagers that their personal property will be safe. This matter should be looked into urgently as the teenagers were misadvised and no longer as a phone.
