Faulty Pool Pump Timer not replaced

A new pool pump timer was installed on 2023/02/28, with 2-year warranty. In January 2024 the timing mechanism stopped working, it no longer was switching the pool pump motor on and off. To run the pool pump, the manual switch has to be turned on and off to stop the pool pump running 24 / 7. Despite email sent on 2024/01/16 phone call [unanswered, voice mail message received],on 2024/01/31 and WhatsApp message sent on 2024/01/31, there has been absolutely no response to the request to inspect and replace the malfunctioning pool motor timer!
