Totally unreliable

I will never recommend GREG owner of THE POOL GUYS, Pinetown: he is extremely unreliable.<br> <br> On 2nd April 2015 he quoted and undertook to install a new Pool filter system, etc. and as yet the installation is incomplete.<br> I very foolishly prepaid the amount of R12,225.00. Despite numerous unanswered phone calls (voice mail), e-mails and SMS's he left the situation without supplying and installing a 'Leaf Eater' invoiced at R820.00. The function of this device is to trap debris picked up by the \Hug Bug"before it could damage the Non Return valve. Without this device the Non Return Valve is now (presumably) damaged resulting in insufficient pressure to operate the Hug Bug leaving the pool bottom accumulating debris.
