Just plain awful space!

This company took advantage of my elderly mother. She called them to come and see to a leak in her pool, after "fixing" something that was not the issue, proceeding to break it in the process, and then charging to replace it with a second hand one, only to realise the leak was where she told them it was all along! R8000 later and there is still a leak resulting in ridiculous water accounts and a green pool!!!

Nevermind their atrocious customer service, the person she dealt with was just plain rude, as well as the fact no one ever got back to her, she had to contact them constantly to find out what was happening!

JUST PLAIN AWFUL!
