Pool Boys - Bad Experience

I recently paid for the monthly service of pool boys and paid upfront for the month. They have only come through for one service. For the last week, I have called numerous times and sent many messages, not a single reply. I called his spouse as well, there were also empty promises there as she mentioned that she will definitely let him know to contact me and was supposed to come see me or call me today, still nothing. I initially contacted this company a few months ago in December, they promised me that they would come through the next day at 07h00 in the morning to assist, and nothing, I waited for an hour and not even a courtesy call or message. They lack professionalism and common principles of service, please do not use them. They now also owe me money which I am sure they will make me run around for,
