the Policy builder is all a ****.

I'm starting to believe that this company is a ****. They've been deducting premiums for the past 4 years, now that I need to claim I'm told I cancelled in October. How the hell can I allow my money be debited only to cancel for no reason. I was told my claim was processed the money should have reflected 2 days ago. I'm suspecting they received my money from the actual policy provider as they are just a broker and they trying to **** me. I have a couple of friends that joined the same policy and they are not impressed with this expirience. Where is my money?
