What's the Point....

The Point Properties in Gauteng recently took a business decision to start with developments in Cape Town the first of which being The Point in Sandown. The occupation date kept moving. Specs of the build kept changing with no communication to the owners. Occupation has taken place on 15 Feb. Numerous staff still on site to complete items not completed during the build at a snails pace as well as snags being attended to with poor quality workmanship. The owners escalated various items affecting all via email and yet Senior Management has to respond with actions. It's been 4 business days since the email was sent. Issues listed requires no time to investigate as it's known issues to The Point Properties Senior Management team. This leaves me to believe they just don't care. If you're reading this review, please share your experience or do further do further research before signing on the dotted line. They could have handled it so differently.....very disappointed is an understatement but raising it via email seems pointless hence this review. Happy to update this review should I receive positive feedback to change my experience.
