What a disappointing Birthday .

<p>My husband booked us in to the hotels a birthday present. We asked if we could have a room on the top floor as we were told that is the best view of the sea breaking on to the rocks and was told not a problem.</p> <p>On the day we booked in we were told that sorry but the room we booked was no longer available and shown another room on the bottom level with no view and was told we can either take that or go somewhere else.</p>
