The Point Hotel Mossel Bay drove me to the Point of no return #Utterlydisgusted

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve ever stayed in Mossel Bay. I am disgusted!!! First of all when I arrived at the Hotel after making the reservation two days prior to checking in, there was NO reservation made. The guy at reception had to do “damage control”! I was booked in the second floor. The walls in the hotel are disgusting, there is mould all over and is very dirty. A wet towel was put infront of a door in the passage to prevent water from leaking and the curtain was filthy too. This created a smell in the hotel. My room had mould on the walls and the curtains. The room floor was dusty and I found long strands of hair all over the floor.The bathroom was dirty there was strands of hair everywhere in the shower and the floor. I could not rest as well, as the hotel was hosting a tour group which was very noisy until late the evening. The morning when breakfast was served, the breakfast floor was filthy. I found a ****roach and food on the floor near to the buffet. The scramble egg they served was raw and near the s**** to dish the boiled eggs I found hair next to it. The point Hotel should be ashamed as this is unacceptable as they claim to be a 4 star hotel. It has by far been the most unhygienic Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!
