Waited more than 6 hours for call out

Phone in this morning at 11h. 17h45 just cancelled call out as no one has showed up. After informing them I have no water. Promised they will show up.... bad service. As i just phoned someone else who will be here in 30min. Will never use or recommend the plumbing surgeon to anyone!!!!!
