Just too busy

Company agreed to go to property (tenant at premises) on 31/3 - never arrived. I followed up and was promised to be there the next morning with feedback. Never received any feedback. Followed up on 14/4 at 14:00 and spoke to Jade. Waited entire afternoon and was then asked to wait till 15/4 (morning). Phoned numerous times during the morning and after failed call backs as promised I cancelled. Obviously too busy, but please don't keep people waiting - rather let them find someone who can assist.
