Worse service ever never going back

On Tuesday 22 October 2019 I bought puri patha from the plaza take away the take away near the take rank the puri was really hard leave alone chow you could not even bite the puri then on the 23 October 2019 Wednesday went to the plaza again went to complain that the puri was hard and the assistants was so rude their told me that thier know better then me that thier stuff is fresh I asked to speak to the manger a conductor came and all started to mock me then comes the owner and he was so rude to rude he told me to get the hell out of he's shop and dont come back I mean I am paying for my stuff I expect fresh stuff so he said dont set foot back here so I went to apologize hes elder to me said to hell with you and your apologies dont come back to my shop I suggest no1 support them the man is so rude he as no manner what so ever and he dont know how to speak to he's customers he failed as a business man he as so morals and values it's really sad for a small time business you was to support cause its local and for him to behave like that
