Never Again ! Stay Away

WOW and not in a Good way ! Terrible Staff and Management , we have had two very bad experiences with this "kids play land" .. notice that it's marketed as a haven for Kids , but the staff is plain rude ! , Firstly they are not clear about the play times (its very easy to forget to watch the clock when kids are playing) instead of being open and advising customers of the time (or overage) they simply just charge you extra at exit , we would not have minded if we were advised in due course.. , secondly they are not aligned internally on the coverage of extras , for example the Zip lines - one staff member told us the kids can go as many times as they like , then the manager jumped in and told off my kids for riding multiple times, when we challenged her she swore at us , pulled Zap signs and (after we paid in full) locked us inside the property ! , we are considering laying charges of holding us hostage ..... after a-lot of complaing and the manager once again pulling zap signs at out 6 and 3 year old kids inside the car ! eventually unlocked the gate , we still cannot understand why she was holing us to "ransom" after we paid in full for the service rendered ! - One thing for sure We will Never go back , please don't go here you may find you will be put out of pocket by surprise and secondly not allowed to leave the property with threats of "we will sue you" and call the police - the Manager is simply not a Nice person ! or someone you want around your kids !
