Horrible customer service

I have never received such horrible service in my entire life, the management was so rude because one of the kids vomitted and they expected the mother to cleanup and apologise to the other guests…like really!!! This after we reported the incident to the staff for assistance and on top of they they charged us a cleaning fee for that plus a compulsory tip after all the rudeness! I was so embarrassed as the host and I will never ever go there again!
