Don't trust them with my kids

The Playhouse Alberton. Wow a place to entertain kids the Check in point service is wonderful but the service we receive from all the staff who's wearing different color t-shirts without name badges is disgusting and annoying, they don't greet people they don't talk to anyone except themselves, we sat down on our arrival and they were standing no one approached us asking if we would like to order anything. Only when one was passing I asked for tea, she called her colleague who was standing in front of us all along. After she brought our tea while we were seating other staff member just came to our table took the sugars without asking us if we done and can she take them, no greeting nothing no talk and she just put them on the table of the other customer we were so shocked with their behavior so we were asking ourselves if is the way the were trained cause they all do the same thing.
