DISGUSTING RESPONSE FROM OWNERS

Our second and last visit today!!!! What a disappointment of a disaster day it turned out to be. A child of 4 years old fell out the moving train and instead of offering any kind of help they just tried to put all the blame on the child. It took screaming parents to get the train stopped and then all the staff and owner did was blame the child. No offer of any medical assistance. Parents were organising sugar water for shocked kids, asking for water and ice. Parents had to get their personal first aid kits out of cars, etc. Absolutely disgusting. Then they still continued to run the train as we were leaving.
