Do not buy from The Play Pit (www.theplaypit.co.za)

Please do not buy at this company! I paid on 13 Dec and was promised delivery before Christmas. Followed up numerous times and was told only in Jan. They finally delivered on 20 Feb, almost 2 and a half months later. On delivery products was severely damaged and also numerous items missing from the delivery. Sent numerous photos to them showing damage and requesting a refund. Also the quality is bad!

Was told by ThePlayPit even before they received the goods back to inspect (have proof) that: "As seen on the photos, only the wrapping are damaged" ; and "collected dust from the van"; and "we can not refund the courier cost" "we cannot refund, only replace"
