Rude and unprofessional

I visited the store on the 17 January 2015 with my daughter. I saw a t**** Italian jacket (there were two size 34 on a rack with dresses marked at R650). As the jacket had a price tag of R1499 , I checked with the assistant whom I later was given to understand was Sam, indicated that the jacket was at the reduced price. I went to pay for the jacket only to be told that the price was R1499. As it was quiet I started to question why I was told one thing by the assistant and something else by a chap who's confidently stood there and said that there was something wrong with Sams head. I asked to see the manager who apparently was a stand in.She was equally unprofessional and said well you can't expect me to give that to you at 50% discount which was not was I asked, but rather needed clarity on why the two jackets were on the reduced rack. It was then I got the number for the head office. I was told the brand professional was Bronwen who was not on duty but was assisted by a rather polite Kim. She assured me that she would call back. I have made at least five calls trying to get hold of either Bronwen or Kim and am still waiting.
