The Pirates Arms Nightmare.

This restaurant at Charlie Croft use to be so good. I have Been there a few times and thought let's go again. Big mistake. Ordered and waited about an hour. I know it says it's not fast food but wow that's long to wait. Best tables were taken for hours by people only having 1 colddrink all afternoon. Order comes eventually. I asked for baked potato. Got chips. My Chicken Snitchel were way overdone. Dark brown and hard. No taste at all. My cheese sauce I could drink with a straw it was so runny. No taste whatsoever. So I try and eat my Snitchel but tastes so terrible that I cant. So I wait forever for my baked potato. Thank goodness I could eat that as I were starving. We had 3 different meals and all were the same. The ribs in the basket were tough little pieces of something.y son had Calamari Combo. Deep fried and nobyadte. Not once did our waitress come to ask us if all was okay. Tried to find a manager, but nothing. First round of Coke came. Warm. Not seen a fridge. Wanted to order more were informed by waitress there's no more. We're 4 tables eating so it's not as if they were busy and I could see at least 3 wairesses but No service whatsoever. We just got home and 2 of us has runny tummies. When going to the bathroom I went past the kitchen and boy say no more. I am truelly so over this experience which I had to pay a lot of money for. Also Durban was very hot. They had 3 fans that I could see and not 1 were switched on. Sitting in the heat with warm Coke waiting an hour for dried out food is no experience I wish on anybody. I truelly hope they can improve on their service somehow.
