Refund beause of 3 months wait.

We placed an order on the 2nd of Aug 2025, through the The Pink Muse website and also payed online that included Courier cost as well. On the 6th of Aug an email was received that my order was received. After numerous email i got hold of someone on WhatsApp (dated 30 Sept 2025) asking about my order. The person indicated their systems crashed but it will take 2 weeks for me to receive my order. It is now November 5th and no order was received. A whatsapp was send again this morning, but it was not read. This is not professional at all, and i requested a refund on the 2 bags i ordered.
