Poor Service and Order Issues

I had a very disappointing experience with the Elardus Park branch/franchise on 1 April 2026. After confirming they were open, I struggled to get a menu from the store and had to order through Uber Eats instead.

My order was significantly delayed, with the store repeatedly giving inaccurate readiness times, leaving the driver waiting. When the order finally arrived, one item was missing.

Trying to resolve the issue was even more frustrating — staff claimed the store had NO manager or owner, which is unacceptable.

The product quality was also poor. Pies were incorrectly labelled, fillings did not match descriptions (e.g. no biltong in a biltong & cheese pie), and overall taste was below standard.

Very disappointing service, poor communication, and misleading products. I expect better accountability and quality.
