Shocking Service and Non Delivery of Goods

Ordered and paid for 5x mirrors on 28 Feb 2016. I was promised installation within 2 weeks. 4x Mirrors was finally installed on 18 March 2016. I was told by Picture Hanger that the supplier delivered the wrong mirror for the Main Bathroom. After numerous follow-ups to the Picture Hanger, I was promised installation on Fri 1 Apr 2016. This never happened!
