I paid this merchant a deposit for a maternity shoot however was unable to do the shoot as I went into labour prior to said date.

The merchant now refuses to give me a refund on account of it is “company policy.”

At the point where I was making the payment, the merchant failed to disclose this company policy. The reason for not giving me a refund is based on the reverse of a receipt, which by the way a customer receives only AFTER the payment is made.

The services were NOT rendered and therefore I am entitled to a refund.

I would NOT suggest using this company should you be in need of a photographer’s services.

The merchant has no respect for people or their hard earned money!
