Took our money and never delivered the item

Ordered a Christmas present for my mom back in October. Week of Christmas arrived and still nothing. I called every day asking where the item was. The owner, Annie kept making up excuses. 2 days before Christmas she tells me the item won't arrive and blames it on the printers. She tells me it will be delivered in January and she will refund us. <br> <br> It is now February, exactly 2 months after Christmas! No item, no refund and she is now refusing to answer our calls, SMS's and emails. <br> <br> My brother eventually posted on their Facebook page in the hopes that someone would reply. Instead they have just deleted his post.<br> <br> I am absolutely disgusted! It has been 4 months since we ordered the item! Do not order from The Photo Cushion!
