Three complaints - One woman, one problem

When arranging a party, one of the most important things is someone to capture the moments, a photographer! We were looking at a lot of local photographers when someone came up with an idea that will mean we get photo's and the guests get a copy immediately too! A photobooth was perfect for our party.<br> <br> We asked Ilse what will happen in the case of loadshedding, and she assured us that we will still receive the photos and they will even wait for the power to be on. <br> <br> She met us (an hour later than the arranged time) at a garage near Menlyn, but there was nothing on the USB stick. <br> <br> So tell us Ilse, is there photos? Why are you so resistant to give us OUR photos!? This is daylight theft! Give us our photos that we PAID for!!! I will drive to your house tonight to collect my own as well as the previous two people to complain on here, and I will give your company some respect and teach you something about customer service!!!
