No delivery of CD with photos on

Not only did the photo corner show 2 hours up late for my wedding, which messed up the flow of the day, the also never gave me the CD with all the photos taken as promised per their service agreement. I have emailed and phoned just to receive empty promises from Ilse who after months still has not completed her legal obligations to deliver the CD to me. I will never recommend the company nor ever make use of them myself. There attitude towards customer service is none existent!
