Inadequate and disgusting service to live animals

The Petsitters agreed to send Theo, an employee to care for my cats. When I got home Their wet food was not administered daily, the anti ant bowls were riddled with ants, the house stank of cat pee, bedding that was soiled so badly had literally not been changed within the 10 days, Theo forgot to feed them on one occasion when I came home before he could anticipate arrival, the full 30 minutes was not kept to in some instances he stayed for no more than 10-15 minutes, he failed to inform me on the FIRST day that my cats were so stressed that they soiled the bed with pee, which I had to spend the entire day cleaning. He also failed to change the water until it was requested. It’s caused irreparable damage to my cats’ well being, stress to myself who had to clean up the mess that was left here, in as much pain as I am in, to the point where I can’t function, irreparable damage to furniture that is let to me by the owner, I won’t be able to leave my home without the cats now soiling my furniture because they fear being left alone for a period of time. Had I known all this ON THE FIRST DAY, I would have been able to make alternate arrangements in order for my cats to be supervised overnight.
