They don't deliver items ordered and have poor communication

I ordered cat food that cost R1400 over a week ago, I never received an invoice and never recieved an update on when i can expect the order, I phoned them and they told me it would be delivered last Friday. I have still not received the food or the invoice. There has been no communication since the date of order.
