Poor service

bad customer service!

Ordered cat food for over R1600, waited a week, no communication from them, sent an email, also no reply, eventually called(6 days after I've ordered), only to get a sms saying since I ordered the stock has been sold out, but they didnt bother letting me know when I ordered? How can I pay for something that says in stock, then they sell it to someone else and just say "SORRY TO YOU, O WELL..."

DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
