Pet & Tack shop - Rosebank Jhb: They take your order & money without stock

I have no words to describe the appalling service from this busines

I ordered dog boots online - paid and get the email to confirm the order. 10 days later - no delivery so I phone and get told they can't find the stock in their warehouse but will look again and phone back - which doesn't happen

Another week goes by and I phone again to hear that they have 2 pairs on the system but can't find them and will call me back within the next hour. - again this doesn't happen

I call again to get told they can't find the stock (needless to say that to date they STILL offering the items online). They offer me another colour but at this stage I am over them and their poor business practice. I ask to speak to the owner or manager and get told he is not available and they can't divulge the names at this time". I ask for the owner to call me.....I get told they away for the weekend. Now today (a week later) they are overseas

This business is a joke......they take your order and money and yes they have now offered a refund which is easy, but not ONCE did they contact me, I have to hound them to find out where my boots are and what's happening

I ordered 22 March 2024 and it's 15 April 2023

I would hope the owners cared a bit more than their staff............ but maybe not, as no one has contacted me back
