No refund for out of stock item
Ordered a dog jacket on 10 July 2024. After numerous email and Whatsapp follow ups with no response, I was informed on 25 July that the item was out of stock and was asked to send my EFT details for a refund. I provided my EFT details on 25 July, and after numerous follow ups have not yet received a refund.
