No communication or customer service

I've reached out to them twice, and not a single reply. 24hr shipping is stated on their website, if its close to jhb. 40kms is probably too far for them. I've ordered medication for my doggo, since its "fast" delivery, but alas. It never came, no update, no email. Nothing. Would never buy there again
